MOMENTUM:

Dating Coaching for Men

“Coaching services are offered nationally and internationally and are distinct from psychotherapy. Coaching is NOT mental health treatment.”

Available Nationwide & Internationally (Virtual)

Structured. Direct. High-standard dating leadership.

Dating today can feel confusing, discouraging, and high-pressure.

Many men I work with are thoughtful, successful, and emotionally intelligent — but feel stuck when it comes to initiating, communicating attraction, navigating rejection, or building real momentum toward a relationship. Led by a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist offering coaching services in a non-therapeutic capacity.

Momentum is a structured 12-week private coaching experience for men seeking greater consistency, leadership, and emotional steadiness in dating.

Dating coaching offers structured, practical support to help you date with clarity and confidence — without games, manipulation, or performance.

Momentum is not appropriate for individuals seeking treatment for depression, anxiety disorders, trauma, or other mental health conditions. Individuals in acute distress will be referred to psychotherapy.

MOMENTUM - The Structure

The 12-Week Framework

Momentum moves through three phases:

Phase 1 – Stability & Attraction Base

Establish grounded presence and eliminate self-sabotage.

Phase 2 – Emotional Composure & Expression

Build resilience under uncertainty and express attraction directly.

Phase 3 – Secure Direction

Clarify standards, maintain momentum, and lead relational conversations with confidence.

Each phase builds on the previous one.

Progress is behavioral, measurable, and structured.

What Momentum is NOT

Momentum is not psychotherapy.

No diagnosis is provided.
No trauma processing is conducted.
No insurance billing is available.
No mental health treatment is offered through this program.

If you are seeking therapy or clinical support, you will be referred to appropriate providers.

Momentum is not a fit if:

  • You are currently in psychotherapy with me

  • You are in active psychiatric crisis

  • You are seeking trauma treatment

  • You are in active legal or domestic conflict

  • You want emotional rescue rather than structured growth

This program requires emotional baseline stability.
